Early Sign-Out Procedures
To ensure student safety and minimize disruptions to the school day, all early sign-outs that are not in person must be arranged in advance via email. Unscheduled non in-person sign-outs without prior email notification will not be allowed.
Step 1: Submit an Email Request
All early sign-out requests must be emailed to:

Step 2: Include the Following in Your Email
- Your email request must include:
- Student's Full Name
- Student's ID Number
- Time the student will be leaving campus
- Reason for early sign-out
- A copy or photo of the parent/guardian’s valid ID
Important Notes
No early sign-out emails will be accepted after 12:30 PM.
