Summer Conditioning

Schedule 2017-18

July 6th 2:00 pm-5:00pm volleyball conditioning starts! Be sure to have your physical completed!

What to bring to conditioning: sneakers, comfortable work-out clothes, knee pads (if you have them), water, and be sure to eat atleast 30 minutes before you come to practice.

Summer conditioning Schedule: Every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 2:00pm- 5:00pm

***Conditioning is not manditory.

Varsity Tryouts: July 31st 3:00 p.m.- 5:00 p.m.

JV Tryouts: August 10th promptly after school.
