Summer Conditioning

Schedule 2018-19

Conditioning CANCELED this week, due to resurfacing of the Gym floor. Conditioning will start again NEXT MONDAY JULY 23rd. 

June 25th 2:30 pm-4:30pm volleyball conditioning starts! Be sure to have your physical completed!

What to bring to conditioning: sneakers, comfortable work-out clothes, knee pads (if you have them), water, and be sure to eat atleast 30 minutes before you come to practice.

Summer conditioning Schedule: Every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 2:30pm- 4:30pm

***Conditioning is not manditory.

Varsity Tryouts: July 30th and 31st 3:00 p.m.- 4:30 p.m.

JV Tryouts: August 10th promptly after school.
