The National Honor Society is the leader among organization and societies that promote recognition for students who reflect outstanding accomplishments in the areas of scholarship, character, leadership, and service. Students are invited to fill out a resume after their third semester if they have a cumulative 3.5 GPA. Students must maintain a 3.5 unweighted GPA and earn 30 hours of community each year of membership.

Activities include Adopt-A-Road, Habitat for Humanity, Soup Kitchen, tutoring elementary students, canned food drives, and after school Snack Shack.

Lehigh Senior High National Honor Society currently has 55 active juniors and seniors. The meetings are held the last Monday of the month, at 2:00pm, in the Media Center.
