To maintain membership, students must take a minimum of five academic credits each year of high school, including AICE and Pre-AICE level courses as required.  Students must maintain a minimum unweighted GPA of 3.0.

Completion of the AICE curriculum requires students to complete a minimum of six AICE courses and take the exams for each, with at least one course and exam being from each of the following three subject areas:

A.  Math & Science:         Biology, Math, Physics, Chemistry
B.  Languages:                English Language, French Language
C.  Arts & Humanities:     English Literature, French Literature, Geography, World History

These six courses and examinations are completed during the junior and senior years.  Students who complete the curriculum and take the exams will be recognized as AICE Program Graduates.

AICE program students are exempt from taking HOPE, Economics and Art.  However, if at any time students are no longer participating in the AICE program, these courses would have to be completed as a requirement for graduation.

AICE DIPLOMA

Students who complete the curriculum and pass the required six exams, will earn the AICE Diploma.
