AVID
AVID is a national four-year college preparatory program. Lehigh Senior High School was the first school to graduate seniors through the AVID program. All AVID students are required to be enrolled in Advanced Placement classes. They also have opportunities to visit various colleges and universities around the state. All AVID students are on track to be accepted into a four-year college or university.

Advanced Placement
The AP program gives students the opportunity to participate in a college level course to enrich their education and possibly earn college credit while still in high school. With this program, students are given the opportunity by Colleges and Universities to show mastery of college-level courses through an exam at the end of the school year. In addition, and an extra 0.04 points per credit are added to the weighted version of the student’s GPA.

Dual Enrollment
Dual Enrollment is a program that allow Lehigh Senior High School students to take college courses on campus while also earning high school credit toward graduation. Students in the dual enrollment program can even graduate high school with a two year college degree.

Center for the Arts
The Center for the Arts provides an exciting opportunity for artistically talented high school students of Lee County. Industry Certifications
Students who enroll in technology electives are immersed in the latest software applications available, including Office, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Flash, and 3Ds Max.
Since 2011, 305 students have earned a Microsoft Industry Certification.
Since 2010, 169 students have earned an Adobe Certified Associates.
